I have always neen fascinated by this topic. Finding center and balance for me has been very critical to my well being. Upon reading this list by Fatide Ohtrun, I discovered that I actually do a lot of things to supposedly open my chakras. Maybe there is something to it?

  2. Hey Mr. B – love this topic! I have been delving into yoga and my favorite so far is Kundalini yoga, which makes a lot of use of chakras.

      1. It’s nice, Kundalini yoga will helps to active your seven Chakras.

      3. Regular yoga will help you improve your physical strength, but Kundalini yoga will also help improve your mental strength and allow you to feel Anandamaya Kosha, a deep sense of inner happiness.

  8. There is certainly something to it! I think that we intuitively try to balance our chakras, especially with food. I have been very drawn to avocados and broccoli lately and then discovered my heart chakra needs balance and I need to eat more green-coloured foods! One more big reason why following your intuition is so important☺️🐻✨
