Who are your favorite people to be around?

I am a people person so I enjoy being around a wide-range of people. I enjoy learning about different languages, cultures, customs, and philosophies. My favorites are my family of course, friends, and Panda (my dog that thinks she is a human).

In my experience everyone has something to offer. A lot of people, especially here in The United States, live very compartmentalized lives to the point where they are terrified of people other than those that remind them of themselves.

This is a sad state of affairs, because individuals have so much to offer, so much to learn from. My mantra I suppose is “give everyone a chance”. Learn someone else’s language, at least a little bit, learn about their culture and you might find that you much more in common with them then you ever thought possible.
