What was the last live performance you saw?
I saw “Hair Nation” in Las Vegas on Fremont Street anoung other bands. If you have never been to Fremont Street in Las Vegas, I highly recommend.

Beyond the casinos, the zipline that runs the entire length of the attraction, the street performers, the artisan kiosks, fantastic restaurants, bars, clubs, and general 24 hour a day party atmosphere, Fremont Street boasts four live stages for entertainmemt. Typically these concerts are free, on holidays when bigger Headliners come through, you may need to pay for a “bracelet”. There is also a giant Jumbotron running the length of Fremont Street that plays different music with videos at different times of the day. It is truly immersive.

“Spandex Nation” is a band that plays pretty regularly at Fremont Street. The specialize in 80’s hair band rock along with several other bands. Itbis not uncommon though to go from one stage to another and find radically different genres of music. I have heard rap, country, hip-hop, punk, metal, and more out there.

Anyway, if you get a chance check it out! Not really suitable place for little kids, although they are allowed. Thanks for reading the Lifelong Education Blog! I hope you have a fantastic day!
