I try to spend the most time possible with my loved ones and extended family members, especially my pets. There is nothing like coming home and being greeted by a Pitbull/Pointer mix with one of your socks in her mouth as she wiggles and shakes her tail so much that items in proximity go flying…. then finding your kids home safe, talking to them, and of course your significant other greeting you with a hug and a smile. Of course, I must have a bearded dragon looking at us somewhat judge mentally and cats in the cat tree as well, with some foster kittens upstairs.

Whatever happens during the day, it is very comforting to know that you can come home to this each day, whatever the world throws at you.
