I would have to say my most ambitous DIY project would have been painting my house on the inside. I had no idea how to paint the inside of the house: selecting colors, mixing paint, not making a mess, and taping.

I just went to Home Depot asked for some advice and got after it. The house was a two story house with vaulted ceilings. I got most of it done during the summer, but it was god awful hot.

It was very hard work, but when I was done (even after re-painting the master bedroom, I felt a deep sense of satisfaction. It was by no means perfect, but I was proud that I took it on and finished.
