So maybe I don’t cook them, but really good chili fries on a skillet day is tough to beat. It is a nice mix of protein and carbs nutritionally with varying levels of fat depending on how it is made. I prefer a good amount of cheese, lots of chili, fresh fries, and fresh cut onions.

I am writing from the chairlift right now because…as Hunter S. Thompson says…why not?
Is it not fascinating to be able to blog while one is skiing a mountain from a chairlift craving chili fries?

Update: My son and I stopped for dinner on our way home and we found some amazing chili fries. They were amazing. If you ever happen to be in L.A. look for a local franchise called “ The Hat”. You can thank me later.
