How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?
During the week I am pretty goal oriented. Teaching keeps me motivated and demands 100% of my focus most days, so there isn’t room for a lot else, like eating unhealthy food or doing things that are a waste of time.

In my spare time, I am usually very busy as well. I isially have time for a trip to the lake and maybe one other activity on the weekends, so it is not too bad.

I also know quite a bit about psycological conditioning and am good at rewarding/punishing myself for undesired behaviors when called for. Maybe it sounds weird, but it works for me!
