What food would you say is your specialty?
My favorite home chef meal is steak and lobster. A medium rare steak, a good size fresh frozen rock lobster tail grilled on the barbecue.

This meal can be paired with many beverages, I would prefer a dark beer like a Guinness, but a bottle of rose’ or a medium Chianti would be my recommendations.

The lobster would need some drawn butter and parsley of course, some horseradish and steak sauce with the steak and a perfectly baked potatoes with butter, sour cream, chives, and cheese.
