I plan my goals carefully sometimes and sometimes they just kind of materialize in my mind. I definitely think one should lend credence to both types of plans.

Life is constantly changing, giving us new opportunities and challenges. Sometimes sitting down and making long-term plans is very helpful and sometimes the devil is in the details and coming up with impromptu plans is better. It all depends on the situation.

  1. Great posts as always. This was another challenging question for me to answer. I do have goals I like to achieve every day. Whether it’s achieving views on my blog or getting exercise at a certain time, I’m very much a goal-oriented person. That being said, my goals rarely ever turn into reality. I’ve learned that life seldom goes according to plan. No matter how hard I try, sometimes my goals are simply not attainable. So I’ve learned to keep goals but not be driven by them. It’s best to be prepared for the unexpected because life is full of change.

This post brought to mind the amazing movie “The Fabelmans”. Spielberg’s autobiographical masterpiece told the story of how he became a celebrated filmmaker. Spielberg had a goal that he was dedicated to achieving and worked hard to get it. Today, he’s one of the best filmmakers in the world because of his dedication to goals.

One of my favourite films of all time. Here is why I recommend it strongly:
