Taxes and Phone Calls Plague My To Do List

I feel it is the responsible thing to do for me to do my own taxes as an Economics teacher, so each year I spend a weekend doing taxes.

I feel it is the responsible thing to do for me to do my own taxes as an Economics teacher, so each year I spend a weekend doing taxes. I usually owe money, so this is a somewhat painful experience for me. I generally like to avoid it, but once I get it into it, find it interesting.

The other thing I avoid, that seems to be on my to-do list every week is making phone calls. At the end of my workday, the last thing I want to do is deal with customer service departments, robo-answering services, and making appointments. Most of the time, these phone calls are not urgent and therefore can be put off until later.
