What are your favorite sports to watch and play?

My top five favorite sports to watch and play:

#1 – Baseball – America’s pastime is always a slow burn of intensity like nothing else. I am still playing Sunday ball at 46 years old!

#2 – Soccer – I spend at least five hours a week coaching soccer and then more time at games and whatnot. Sometimes I throw my hat in the ring and play with the boys!

#3 – Snowboarding – Snowboarding is a great spectator sport, especially live. Just got back from a ski trip…so yes…still “playing”.

#4 – Golf – Playing golf highly outranks watching golf for me, but if I want to relax on a Sunday and take a nap, golf it is!

#5 – Bass fishing – Although I am not a tournament fishermen (yet), I do enjoy bass fishing and it is fun to watch on television occasionally although bass fishing Southern California can be pretty rough!

  1. It’s good that you are very active at your age . I am 37 but have always been active growing up and that tends to make it easier for me than others . Great Job

    1. I am very fortunate to be able to do all this stuff still: I feel like it is the key to longevity. Thanks for the comments!

  2. Baseball rocks! I played in UK till my mid-40s too. Still play tennis and had made a comeback at running aged 63. Football (soccer) I also played till injury curtailed my ‘career’ at age 22 .. though I did comeback some years later at a lower level. 🙂

    1. For real! It is so fun! Is there a lot of baseball in the U.K.?
