If I had two plane tickets to anywhere, I would go to New Zealand and China. New Zealand has always captured my imagination with it’s rugged beauty that still is relatively untouched by humanity. The fly-fishing in New Zealand is legendary with monster trout caught regularly in its many rivers. Skiing and snowboarding area also a possibility here as well.
China would be my second choice because of its rich history. As one of the cradle’s of civilization China has an incredible amount of historical artifacts, ruined cities, and of course Chinese food. I would like to visit the Great Wall of China and of course the Forbidden City. I am sure once there, I would find myself immersed in the history, culture, and cuisine of the great civilization of China.
