Describe your dream chocolate bar.

A Hershey’s Cookies and Cream Bar with a Mint ‘n Chip shake would be bomb. Some whipped cream, makbe some choco shavings enjoyed with my beautiful girlfriend and of course my dog Panda.

I don’t know that’s all I got🤔 Thanks for stopping by The Lifelong Education Blog! Check out some of my vacation photos so far.

  1. The photos are absolutely breathtaking

    1. We did a drive through of Kolob Canyan so that wasn’t even the main park. Going to do that on the way home Saturday, I will post some more pics for you 🙂

      1. Would love to see them! I’d love to go here one day. Did you do any hiking?

      2. We didn’t have a ton of time, so we didn’t get super far off the beaten path, but we will probably do some Saturday. The park ranger recommended getting there by 7:00 A.M. to beat the crowd, hopefully I can rowse my teenagers and get packed up early so we can get there by then.

      3. Yeah, I always love to start hikes early, really good advice! Start as early as you can, haha. I’m sure it won’t be fun getting up early, but the payoff is so worth it.

      4. For sure, especially a heat wave on the way

    2. Mind if I re-blog your Catwoman story? I thought it was exceptional.

      1. Wow!! Thank you, that is quite nice of you to say! 😊 Absolutely, that is highly appreciated 🙏

      2. I don’t say it often😉

      3. 😊 😊 🙏

  2. Another great post. That sounds like a delicious dessert for sure. I think this is a pretty silly question to ask on a prompt, but I’ll try my best to answer it. I grew up with a sweet tooth and have always been extremely fond of eating sugar. My mother is a fantastic baker who would make delicious cakes that I came to enjoy. I vividly remember developing a strong bond with a mother whose cakes I came to treasure. I loved all of the sugary treats she made but particularly admired her Pecan Pie. No desserts could ever match delicious pies she would bake. To this day, I always prefer eating desserts made by my mother as opposed to things from local bakeries.

A fantastic film about desserts that always whets my appetite is “Wonka”. Based on Roald Dahl’s celebrated book, it tells the origin story of a famous chocolate maker that opens a factory. Definitely worth watching if you have a sweet tooth. Here’s why I loved it:
